 Our November Teddy Bear Roundup fundraiser was a great success, with over 430 teddy bears and other stuffed animals (teddy sharks, really?) donated to the Ramsey County Sherriff's department! They were very grateful, and many distraught children will be comforted by your generosity. They tell us we're their #1 donor of stuffed animals!

NCBear's host hotel is closing |

Unfortunately, the Ramada Inn Downtown is closing its doors January 1st. This hotel was very hospitable to the bears, hosting the MN Bear Ball pool party and providing a block of rooms every month for our Bear Bar night for out of town guests. The NCBears will be looking for another host hotel for our visiting bears in 2008. |

Happy Thanksgiving! As most of you can see, there have been many changes to the North Country Bears Board in the last few months. A shift in Officers, long standing Board Members moving on in life, new Board Members joining the team, it's been a busy time to say the least. |
