Bear prom pictures are up and available! Flickr allows pictures to be downloaded at various resolutions, from small to original size.
We LOVED the martini bear ice sculpture at the prom! Many bears got their martinis chilled by pouring the elixir down the sculpture's throat and into their glass via... well, I'm sure it was tasty!

Bake Sale Update
Despite the chilly weather, the Bear Night Bake Sale last Saturday night pulled in an extra $260 dollars for the MN AIDS Walk! Various desserts from Apple Cinnamon Strudel and Raspberry Pretzel dessert to everyone's favorite -- chocolate chip cookies -- contributed to the sweet endings. The Movie Bears even brought Wuollet Bakery's infamous Princess Cake... Thanks guys!
Over 110+ bears partook at Bear Night going through 4 kegs this month! Must have been all the salt in those pretzels... or the jocks descending en masse from on high...

The SugarBears invite you! As you know several members of the bear community have developed Diabetes. We'd like to start our own support group for these members of the Gay Community. Is this a social group? No, just a bunch of extra sweet, extra furry fellas! Is this therapy? No, just a willing ear to listen. What will I get out of it? Maybe nothing, maybe something…that's up to you.
We hope this will be a place you can come and talk about your Diabetes. You may have some questions you need answered, you may need someone's understanding, you may be unsure if what you are experiencing is normal, you may just want to sit and listen or offer your shoulder to another SugarBear. It's all good.
When do we meet? The second Thursday of each month, 7PM sharp
