Let's do the Time Warp again!

Saturday night, September 16th, the North Country Bears are going to meet for Pizza and then a Midnight showing of the "Rocky Horror Picture Show". We will meet around 8:30pm for dinner at Broadway Pizza, 2025 W. River Road (NE Broadway and the River) in Minneapolis.

If for any reason you can't make it for dinner you but can still make the show let us know.....

Afterward we are off to Riverview Theater, located at 3800 42nd Avenue S. (E 38th Street and 42nd Avenue) in Minneapolis.  The show starts at Midnight and admission is $5 each.  The theater does not sell tickets in advance, but we were told they never sell out all 700 seats for this show.

A live cast, Transvestite Soup (www.transvestitesoup.org), hosts each show. Prior to the start of the film, the cast interacts with the audience in pre-show banter. Members of the audience who have not attended a show before are recognized and made to feel welcome. There may be a skit performed on the stage, and the rules of the show are presented.

Audience members also participate in the show with the use of several props that they may bring with them or that may be available for purchase at the show. These include a newspaper, toilet paper, a handful of rice, and a small water pistol only.
