The deadline for the MN Bear Ball Weekend Package has past, so now we can announce limited availability for some individual events such as the Wet Fur Country Pool Party with lunch (Saturday 12-5pm in Northfield - $20) and the Big Muddy River Cruise (Sunday 2-5pm at Boom Island - $20). The Pool Party registration must be in advance by Thursday, July 24th - limit 50. Dive in!

The 3rd annual MN Bear Ball weekend is filled with our biggest bear events ever, with many bears visiting from across the country! Check out the following list of bear events:
Fri: Eagle UnderBear Ball w/ up to 4 cocktails ($15 at door)
Sat: Wet Fur Country Pool Party /w lunch ($20 by Thurs, July 24th - Northfield - limit 50 more bears)
Sat: Full Dinner at Picosa Restaurant (sold out!)
Sat: RiverPlace Big Muddy Fireworks Ball ($15 at door)
Watch Aquatennial Fireworks on the RiverPlace rooftop Terrace with cake and bar!
Dance in the iconic RiverPlace glass atrium overlooking downtown
Sun: Big Muddy River Cruise on the Paradise Lady ($20 at door or online - Boom Island - limit 145 bears)
Note: The dances can take more at the door, but other events are limited to those who register in advance.

What a beautiful weekend! A great Pride in great weather, eating great food, and of course meeting great bears! Owen Raines literally had his hands full keeping up with the bears on his massage table, and the Pride crowds were fast and furious grabbing those suckers! Weren't the Sunday crowds were unbelievable? Thanks to Kevin V. for organizing and manning the NC Bear Booth and to all the others who helped setup and tear down this year!
Congrats to the Movie Bears for winning the Best Use Of Pride Colors award for their great movie theater float! Great job guys! And thanks to Jeremy and Jamie for coordinating NC Bear float's truck, decor, and sound system, and to everyone else who helped out with the first ever NC Bears float this year!

What a blast! The Sun was out, the weather was perfect, and despite the forecast, not a cloud in the sky! And best of all, plenty of bears got to sun themselves in the summer sun!
Even the camping was amazing this year... you could hardly walk two feet without tripping over a citronella torch or a pink flamingo. And the food was great, too... thanks Jeff and Mark for another great June pool party!
For those who missed it, or who need a repeat performance, the MN Bear Ball is also hosting a Wet Fur Pool Party at Jeff and Mark's place Sat, July 26th 12pm-5pm.
Because the Pool Party and the RiverPlace Dinner are limited to 100 bears, priority goes to those who buy the weekend run package (no at-the door for this one). Sign up before July 1st, and get a free NC Bear Bar night thrown in!
